Child Care Subsidy
The CCS, explained simply.
The Child Care Subsidy (CCS) is paid by the Australian Government directly to your childcare provider to reduce the fees you pay. It’s based on your family income, the activity level of both parents, and the type of care you use.
Most families using Kangaroo Little Discoverers receive between 70% and 90% off their daily fee. Families earning under $83,280 receive the full 90% subsidy.
To claim, you’ll need a Centrelink Customer Reference Number (CRN) for both yourself and your child. We can guide you through the process step by step.
